Arthritis Plus Water Exercise
Developed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class incorporates endurance components such as walking or marching to increase cardiovascular benefits and muscle building, while increasing flexibility and range of motion. This is not a high intensity aerobic conditioning program and concentrates on joint protection. You do not need to know how to swim, but must have a doctor's permission slip.
