Activity Registration

The Ste. Genevieve County Community Center gives you the opportunity to register in one of three ways: 1. In Person: Just come to the community center during open hours and sign up for memberships or activities at the front desk.
2. Phone: If you know the activity information, just give us a call at 883-5244 and register over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard.
3. Mail-in: Fill out the registration form for the activity and include a check or Visa/Master card information and mail it to our address.

**Registration must be done with a Visa or Mastercard
**Encrypted, safe and secure services are provided by active.com
**A minimal service charge is accessed by active.com for each registration
**A $2.00 service charge will be assessed for all requested refunds and transfers.

**No refunds or transfers will be made once the activity begins; however, a credit voucher will be issued if the class is found to be unsatisfactory after the first meeting
**Exceptions for medical reasons are possible, requests will be handled on an individual basis. A signed medical excuse must be presented to be considered for a refund.
**Only full-time Facility Supervisors have the authorization to approve refunds or credit vouchers.
**Refunds and transfers may be requested prior to the scheduled start of the activity.
**A $2.00 service charge will be assessed for all requested refunds and transfers.
**If a class is cancelled by the department due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be given.
**All refunds are processed through the County Treasurer's Office and are mailed. This usually takes 2-3 weeks.
