Core Training
A blend of pilates and toning exercises designed to strengthen
your whole core area, which can include the back, abdominal and glute muscles.

Cardio Blast
Want to mak the most of your lunch hour? Try this 40 minute combo
class. Along with resistance training & core conditioning, you will
get a great cardiovascular workout which will increase your metabolisim.
This class is for all fitness levels.

Have a Ball
Have a Ball offers a circuit type workout using all muscle
groups, focusing on core strength and
balance. This class incorporates rejuvenating stretches for
all muscle groups used and is
appropriate for any fitness level. Please bring your own
yoga mat for floor exercises and have a ball!

BLT Toning
BLT Toning is a challenging workout that focuses on the
toughest areas to tone “Buns, Legs, Tummy”. This workout
integrates cardio and toning exercises designed to shape up
the “BLT”.

Cardio/Strength
This combination of cardio, strength training and core
conditioning will keep you moving by alternating cardio
intervals with toning segments. BURN fat as you shape your
body and gain core
strength.

Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers is a special low-impact class designed to
improve muscular strength, range of movement, and activity
for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing
with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair
is used for seated and/or standing support.

Core Conditioning
This non-intimidating pilates-type class will focus on your
body’s “core” stomach, back and glutes giving you a more
toned body.

Body Conditioning
All it takes is 30 minutes. We will condition your whole
body by cross training with cardio,
kickboxing, pilates and strength training. If you’re short
on time this is the class for you. Instructor: Jackie

Power Plus
This combo class is designed for all fitness levels to help
you gain muscular strength and
cardiovascular endurance using all types of
equipment. Tuesdays we will be in the aerobics
room and Thursdays in the pool.

Group Personal Training
Personal training in a group setting! You will learn the
keys to weight loss and apply what you learn. Each class
will include a cardiovascular workout, resistance training
and stretching. Max. of 11 participants.

Nutrition Consultation
ISSA Certified as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition,
Coleen Williams will evaluate your current diet and lead you
in the right direction so you can attain those nutritional
and fitness goals you are working towards. Runs all summer
long. Call to set up an appointment.
Fee: $22.50 per hour
Personal Training
We offer personal training with A.C.E. certified personal
trainers. Aquatic personal training is also available.
Participants must be age 14 or older. Sessions are by
appointment only.
Fee: $22.50 per hour for one-on-one sessions or save by
buying 6 session package for $122.50. Two-person
sessions available at $18.00 per hour, per person

Orientation
Get off on the right track. A trained gym attendant will
introduce you to our cardiovascular
and strength training equipment and show you how to properly
use it for the most beneficial workout. Appropriate
for ages 14 and up. Schedule your appointment in advance at
the front desk.

Biometrics Nutrition & Fitness Program
Biometrics is a proven fitness and weight management program
that combines nutrition
