Cardio / Strength
This mixed impact class will keep you moving, by alternating cardio intervals with toning segments, and burn fat as you shape your body and gain core strength. Instructor: Linda Brumfield.
Monday/ Wednesday 5:45-6:30 p.m.
Fees: $24.00 members $30.00 non-members.
Body Conditioning
All it takes is 30 minutes. We will condition your whole body by cross training with cardio, kickboxing, pilates, and strength training. If you’re short on time this is the class for you.
Tuesday/Thursday 12:15 - 12:45 pm Fees: $16 member $20 non-member
Core Conditioning
This non-intimidating pilates-type class will focus on your body’s “core” stomach, back, and glutes. Giving you a more toned body.
Ages: 14 and up
Monday/Wednesday 6:45 - 7:15 pm $16/member--- $20/non-member
Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 - 6:45 am $24/member--- $30/non-member
