TAI CHI - YANG STYLE - HAN METHOD
This class will help improve your sense of well-being. Tai Chi offers health benefits that include better balance, increased flexibility, and a reduction of stress. It is also beneficial in easing arthritis pain. The activity requires no special equipment and no special clothing. Just come to class in comfortable loose fitting clothes and clean athletic type shoes. Instructor: Joe Monnig
